1945 ｜  Dalian Public Security Clothing Factory was established, at that time we mainly made military uniform for PLA.
1949 ｜  Renamed as Dalian Clothing Factory. During the period of “War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea “, we made the military uniform for Chinese People's Volunteers. We made the uniform and overcoat for the Soviet Red Army generals between the 1950’s and 1960’s.
1966 ｜  Renamed as Dalian Wool Fabric Clothing Factory, Which was listed as one of the first foreign trade exporting company.
1979 ｜  Introduced some tailoring equipments from Japan. Besides the export business, we mainly made “Bihai” overcoat, suit and the Chinese tunic suit and so on.
1982 ｜ “Bihai” suit found a ready market in Japanese Tokyo and was reported by Japan “Yomiuri Shimbun” and other newspapers in succession.
1983 ｜ We were attained special permission license by the International Wool Bureau and introduced the complete set tailoring equipment from Japan. The clients of France appraised “Bihai” overcoat can be comparable with American and Italy brand.
1985 ｜ “Bihai” overcoat had the honor to receive the first state-level highest prize in the national clothing industry examination for the first time.
1989-1999  ｜ Introduced the complete tailoring equipments and various special equipments one after another from Japan and Germany.
1990-1993  ｜ Took over Dalian East Paper Mill Factory, Dalian Knitwear Mill the Third Branch, Dalian Wool Fabric Clothing Factory Uniform Branch and Dalian Jacquard Fabric Factory.
1993 ｜  Being appointed as the national large-scale two-grade enterprises (large-scale two). Dalian Bihai Garment Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd was founded.
1994 ｜ Renamed and established Dalian Bihai Enterprise Group. “The soft tailor” technology development researching with the International Wool Bureau was listed as 95 new technology development projects by the National Economic committee, and also had the honor to receive Liaoning Province advanced product prize. It began to launch design and manufacture business.
1996 ｜ Be designated by Dalian Municipal government as the modern enterprise system's main selected units; took over Dalian Clothing Main plant in the same year.
1997 ｜ Dalian Bihai Enterprise Group established Dalian Bihai Garment Co., Ltd which the Workers' Share-holding Societies and the state shared the stock. The Bihai suit attained the superior product prize in national clothing quality detection, had been assessed and registered by National Quality Assurance Limited against the provisions of ISO9001.
1999 ｜ Introduced the world advanced clothing CAD system from France Lectral company; Evaluated by Dalian Education Committee for Dalian Middle school, the elementary school student unifor m selected factory; we participated in designing the “99 -type” new police uniform, new uniform of the Supreme Court of the PRC and the Supreme Procuratorate of the PRC, and was evaluated as “99 -type the new police uniform first prize” by Ministry of Public Security of the PRC, we also were listed as the new style clothing manufacture enterprise by State Administration for `Entry-Exit` Inspection and Quarantine and the Ministry of Public Security of the PRC. We have completed replacement of the uniform for Dalian Public Security Bureau and Harbin Public Security Bureau successfully which was appointed as national selected units of Ministry of Public Security of the PRC.
2000 ｜ Dalian city government office determined to build the Bihai Clothing Industry Park as the major municipal plan, and opened a public transportation line for our company, and we bought the station name as “Bihai Group.”
2001 ｜  Dalian Bihai Garment Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd was founded. Dalian Tonglida Real Estate Development Co., Ltd promoted their high-quality residential district “The Bihai Garden” and all have been sold out in such a short time.
2002 ｜ Appointed by Dalian Municipal government as one of four first selected units of transformation from state-owned company, we successfully remanufactured the Private enterprise, and established the Dalian Bihai Enterprise Co., Ltd. We were also appointed by the National Safety Bureau, the Shipping Safety Inspection Bureau, Ministry of Forestry, Law association, Ministry of Water Conservation one after another as the selected units as a clothes supplier . At present, we are the biggest professional clothing production base in the Northeast of China.
2003 ｜ Be appointed as the uniform production base by the Maritime Safety Administration, researched and developed the work clothes for Liaoning Province Urban Management Organic. Dalian Laigangtongda Garage Development Co., Ltd was founded.
2004 ｜  Invested and set up Bihaiputian suit Co., Ltd equipped with the domestic first-class upscale suit production line, Dalian Bihai Garment R&D Institute also was established. Cooperating with Japanese Yitengzhong Co., Ltd to carry on the development of plus material, we have set up the research and develops base and held the functional clothing press conference. We also were honored as “Dalian Star Enterprise in Earning Foreign Exchange among clothing industry”.
2005  ｜ We moved to No.61, Jiqing Street, Zhongshan District, Dalian .We were authorized as the Dalian Enterprise Technology Center. The development and design for senior police officer wool overcoat and special officer clothing for each provinces and cities began to carry out. The Metropolis Crown commercial real estate project started up.
In 2006 ｜ our research institute started to design the special police officer clothing for Beijing Public Security Organics, and the full dress for the PLA Logistics Section. We also win the prize of Liaoning Province Technological Innovation.
2007 ｜ was named "customer satisfaction enterprises in Liaoning Province."
2007 ｜ the year to get the apparel industry in Liaoning Province's only "professional clothing brand" award.
2007 ｜  sea Group successfully completed the PLO formal dress production tasks, and won the Shenyang Military Region Logistics Department Quartermaster supplies oil ministry and the Shenyang Military Region Air Force Logistics Department Quartermaster supplies of oil awarded banner.
2008 ｜ China Enterprise Credit Association was named "China AAA grade credit enterprise."
2008 ｜  was named "Dalian City Famous Brand", "Liaoning Province."
2009 ｜ was continued as a "customer satisfaction enterprises in Liaoning Province."
2009 ｜ was named "top ten garment enterprises in Liaoning Province", "Liaoning Province ten wear brand."
2010 ｜  won the "Liaoning Province Industrial Design Excellence Award."
2011 ｜  Enterprise Technology Center by the municipal enterprise technology center upgraded to provincial enterprise technology center, was named "Liaoning Province"
2011 ｜ was named "top ten garment enterprises in Liaoning Province" and "Ten logo clothing brand"
